1. Introduction
Welcome to Alive with Pleasure. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By engaging with our coaching services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services
Alive with Pleasure offers coaching sessions, workshops, and educational content focused on relationships, intimacy, and personal growth. Our services are designed to provide guidance and tools for self-improvement but are not a substitute for medical or psychological advice.

3. Payment and Fees
3.1 All coaching fees must be paid in full before the start of any session or program unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Payment can be made via credit card, EFT, or other specified payment methods.
3.3 Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and providing our services, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we will not offer refunds for any portion of your coaching package payment and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing our services, you understand and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
4.2 Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the full session fee being charged.
4.3 Alive with Pleasure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate notice provided.

5. Confidentiality
5.1 All client information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.
5.2 Testimonials and session content may be posted or spoken about anonymously on social media for educational purposes.
5.3 Clients agree not to share or distribute any proprietary content or resources provided during the coaching process.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Alive with Pleasure is not liable for any outcomes resulting from coaching services. Clients are responsible for their own personal growth and application of insights gained.
6.2 Coaching does not guarantee specific results, and all services are provided as guidance only.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Clients are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.
7.2 Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All materials, exercises, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Alive with Pleasure.
8.2 Clients may use these materials for personal development but may not distribute or reproduce them without permission.
